Somatic and ontological coaching with nervous system work for the high-achieving, analytically-minded person whose inner life has not kept pace with their outer success.
Book a discovery callWe identify and deconstruct the thinking patterns, limiting beliefs, and stories running below conscious awareness. We examine the gap between who you say you want to be and who you actually are.
We work with the three layers that hold patterns in place — bodily sensations, limiting beliefs, and emotions — helping the system release what it has been carrying long after the mind has understood it.
We work with the three states of the nervous system — ventral vagal (connected presence), sympathetic (fight or flight), and dorsal vagal (dissociation) — building awareness of which state is running you and why.
You receive a written analysis of each session, practices supporting true behavioural change, and a curated list of resources. You have direct WhatsApp access to me, and I hold you accountable — with expectations and follow-through.
Sessions can also extend into broader longevity guidance around the following topics:
Understanding what is disrupting rest and what the body actually needs to restore
Finding sustainable practices that work with your nervous system, not against it
Clarifying what you are here to do, how to serve, and how to move toward it with intention
Building the daily practices and structures that make everything else stick
Addressing metabolic wellbeing, the relationship with food, and hormonal patterns including cycle awareness
Drawing on prayer and a living relationship with God as a source of grounding, strength, and meaning.
One targeted session.
Mind, body, behaviour.
Coaching and accountability.
I spent most of my life in my mind. It was where I felt competent, safe, and in control. Trained as a lawyer, I moved across countries and industries, learned languages, accumulated credentials, and analysed everything, including myself.
It was not until I stopped trying to think my way through everything - and brought the same curiosity I had always applied to ideas into my body, my emotions, and my sensations - that something actually shifted.
My practice combines knowledge and experience from PsychoNeuroEnergetics — a somatic release method grounded in polyvagal theory — trauma-informed coaching, Internal Family Systems, and my MSc in Psychology at the University of Ulster.
I share only what I have lived. Nothing here is theory.
Lenka MariaThis work is for those who understand that insight alone has not been enough. You cannot imagine staying the same. You are willing to be challenged and to sit with discomfort — not just seeking support. You are open to working not just with your mind, but also with your body. And you want accountability, not enablement. If the pain of staying the same has become greater than the discomfort of change, this might be for you.
Somatic work means working with the body, not just the mind. Most of us have been conditioned to live from the neck up - to think, analyse, and reason our way through everything. But the patterns that keep us stuck are not stored only in our thoughts. They live in the body as tension, numbness, reactivity, and chronic stress responses. Somatic work helps the body release what it has been holding - so that change is not just understood, but actually felt.
Ontological coaching works with how you see, think, speak, and move through the world - your way of being. Unlike conventional coaching that focuses on goals and actions, ontological coaching looks at the deeper structures that shape your behaviour: the language you use, the beliefs you hold, the stories you live inside. It is not about telling you what to do. It is about revealing what has been running you without your awareness.
Therapy typically focuses on understanding the past and healing psychological wounds, often within a clinical framework. Traditional coaching focuses on goals, performance, and forward momentum. This work sits at the intersection of both - and goes further. We work with the body and nervous system directly, which means we are not just talking about patterns, we are shifting them at the level where they actually live.
No. What matters is not your history but your readiness - whether the pain of staying the same has become greater than the discomfort of change. Change is difficult and at times painful. So is repeating the same patterns. Some clients arrive with years of therapy behind them; others are new to this kind of work entirely. Both are welcome.
Both. Most sessions are conducted online via video call. In-person sessions are available in Lisbon.
Sessions are available in English, Spanish, French, and Slovak.
The first step is a free 60-minute discovery call. This is a conversation to understand your situation, explain how the work operates, and explore whether we are a genuine fit. There is no obligation to continue afterwards.
